Home owners are receiving calls and emails from people who say they have found their home on craigslist but that the owner has not responded to the person trying to buy the house. The caller says that they have the money and will be waiting by the phone until the owner sends them a reply. There have been no reported incidents of anyone being harmed by these scam attempts.
